At YOU DO YOU MATE, we are committed to ensuring your products are delivered promptly
and securely. Please review the following shipping policy to understand how we handle

1. Shipping Location
1.1 We currently ship Australia wide.
2. Processing Time
2.1 All orders are processed within 3-5 business days after payment is received. Please note that processing times are separate from shipping times.
2.2 Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. Orders placed on thesedays will begin processing the next business day.
2.3 If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you of any significant delays.
3. Shipping Costs
3.1 Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight of the package, destination, and shipping method chosen.
4. Estimated Shipping Times
4.1 Domestic Shipping

5. Order Tracking
5.1 Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

6. Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Shipping Information
6.1 It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information at checkout. Please double-check all addresses before submitting your order.
6.2 We are not responsible for packages that are undelivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
6.3 If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or delivery failure, you will be responsible for additional shipping fees to re-ship the package.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
7.1 We are not liable for lost or stolen packages once the carrier marks the package as “Delivered.”
7.2 If your package has been marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors, building management, or local post office. If the package is still missing, contact us at in**@**********om.au, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
8. Damaged Packages

8.2 We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and either replace the item or offer a refund, depending on the situation.
9. Changes to Your Shipping Address
9.1 If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at in**@**********om.au. We ill do our best to accommodate changes before the order is processed and shipped.
9.2 Once an order has shipped, we are unable to modify the shipping address.
